Mr Cephas Wong (pseudonym), birth-give name: Wong Wang Chan alias Peter Wong(). He has been working in the Housing Development Board of Singapore in the past. Cephas is a vocational artist now who excels in ink/color and canvas paintings.

In the 1980s', Cephas travelled to China for numerous times and made acquaintances with many China renowned artists and commentators. He visited scenic places like the Changjiang River, the Great Wall, many famous and majestic mountains/rivers and some of the magnificent emperor's tombs. China's beautiful and natural landscapes, her people and her culture, arouses Cephas's interest in China immensely.
